Do you do rush orders? 

We try to produce every order as quickly as possible, but right now we can only guarantee that your item will be printed within 5 – 7 days of your order. We hope to offer a rush production option soon!  

Can I cancel my order? 

There is a 30 minute window after you place your order where you can cancel it through the My Orders  (insert link) section of your account or by calling 1-800-827-9775 

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders? 

We unfortunately can't offer bulk pricing right now, but we are working on it so that we can offer it in the future. 

How will charges appear on my credit card statement? When will my card be charged? 

Charges will appear from "Fanwear" and your card will not be charged until your product leaves our facility. If your order contains multiple shipments the order total will be broken up and partially charged with each shipment. 

What do I do if I cannot find my college or high school on your site? 

We have an extensive database but continue to add new schools all the time! We’re sorry if we don’t have yours yet. Fill out our Missing Institution form (add link?)  and we will get your school added as quickly as possible. 

If I fill out the Missing Institution form, how long will it take until I hear back? 

You will hear from us within 3 – 5 business days after you submit the form. 

What if my high school’s information or mascot is wrong? 

We want to hear about it! Please reach out to our Customer Service team.

I am a school administrator, how does my school end up on the Fanwear site? 

We encourage all schools to join our licensing program to make their brand available to a national audience and earn royalty on every sale! If you would like to join, or if your school is already on our site and you have questions, please call 1-800-827-9539 and ask for our licensing department.
